My first payment of $505.42 was received, and immediately removed from that bank account. When I get a chance, I will block any future Amazon access to that account. It's not that big of a deal, I do not keep money in there, but you know what I mean.

I'm sorry to hear that amazon dicked you around man, similar things have happened to me too, and always when you need the money, waiting for a payment. The lesson there? Never count on people to pay you when they say they will - the greater the amount and the more you need it the longer it will take to get.
Sadly, they CAN hold onto it longer. You signed the agreement. Damn Section 5h "...withhold any payments to be made or that are otherwise due to you in connection with the Services or this Agreement for the shorter of: (a) a period of 90 days following the initial date of suspension; or (b) completion of any investigation(s) regarding any Seller actions and/or performance in connection with this Agreement."
If they put this shit in Section 1a maybe someone would see it.
