Dear Amazon,
In the past month, I have told you how I can't pay my mortgage or put food on the table. I've talked about how I had to write hardship letters to my creditors. I've explained how I stand behind my products, and how I value my customers. Even the crappy ones you sent me. I have been nice, I have been sarcastic, and I have been flat out mean. Yet, amazingly, you guys are completely oblivious to the damage you are doing. You simply do not care.
